Violation of these terms may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of access to Mentoring Mentors' resources.

Users are expected to maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere conducive to mentoring relationships.

2. Confidentiality: Users must respect the confidentiality of information shared during mentoring sessions. Personal information about mentees, mentors, or any organizational matters should not be disclosed to external parties without explicit consent.

3. Responsible Use of Resources: Users are responsible for the appropriate use of Mentoring Mentors' resources, including but not limited to electronic communication platforms, training materials, and mentorship tools. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these resources is strictly prohibited.

4. Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. This includes but is not limited to laws related to data protection, privacy, and intellectual property.

5. Communication Guidelines: All communication within the Mentoring Mentors platform should be conducted with professionalism and respect. Users should refrain from engaging in any form of inappropriate, offensive, or harassing communication.

6. Security Measures: Users are required to take reasonable measures to ensure the security of their accounts, passwords, and any access credentials. Unauthorized access or attempts to breach security measures are strictly prohibited.

7. Reporting Violations within the Portal: Users are encouraged to report any violations of this AUP promptly. Reports can be submitted to Mentoring Mentors' designated contact person or through the established reporting channels.Mentoring Mentors reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy as needed. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of Mentoring Mentors' resources implies acceptance of the updated terms.
